Shipping right to your door.
We're happy to provide safe and reliable shipping services to our customers through FedEx. Choose from 2 Day, or Overnight. Whatever you need (or however long you procrastinated on making your rental), we can help you out.
Prices:
Shipping is calcualted by Zones with FedEx. We ship items from 10034 and 05401zip code. To calculate your shipping cost, please vist FedEx here.
Timing:
Cut off times:
While we work as quickly as possible to ensure that you get the wheelset you need for the weekend, we are only human. That said, there are cut off times for placing orders and receiving your wheelset.
- Tuesday at 7p is the cut-off for 2-Day Friday arrivals.
- Wednesday 7p is the cut off for Overnight Friday arrivals
- Orders between Wednesday 7p and Thursday 7p are local delivery only.
- Orders between Thursday 7p and Friday 3p are RUSH only.
Again, these only apply if you are making a reservation for the upcoming weekend and your race does not qualify for Race Day Pickup.
Return Times:
In most cases, we create a FedEx pick up from the location that the wheels have been delivered to. For this to work, please have your wheels ready for pick up by the FedEx truck on the specified pick up day. If your wheels are not ready for the preset pick up date, you will be billed for an additional day.
Local Pick-Up:
If you are in the Burlington, VT area you have an extended window for placing orders and receiving your wheels. Wheels can be delivered to your door by us for $25 if you make the reservation by Thursday at 7p for a Friday delivery date. Orders placed on Friday by 3p are subject to a $45 rush charge.
NYC Items for Pick-up:
All of our wheels are kept in Burlington, but our main office is in New York. Yeah, we roll corporate style. Ha!
Anyways, in NYC we have bike cases available for pickup and every once in a while a few sets of wheels. Which wheels? See the next section.
The best way to get your wheels at the cheapest price:
Make your reservation early. If we can see on the calendar that a wheelset is going to be needed by a New York customer in two weeks, its much more feasible for us (Burlington Rep and NYC Rep) to meet at a race over the weekend and exchange wheels. So, if you know that you have a TT in NewJersey coming up, make the reservation now. You can make a note regarding shipping costs in the check-out, or you can contact us.
